Tales ingresos se destinarán exclusivamente, dentro del Presupuesto del Ministerio de Guerra, a aumentar las partidas destinadas a la conservación y mejora de los aeródromos civiles de la Nación, pago de personal de los mismos, adquisición y conservación de maquinaria, equipos motorizados y demás material destinado a los trabajos de conservación. Cuando el producto proceda de bases aéreas militares, el ingreso beneficiara a éstas.
