Apoyo a los delegados. Los gobernadores y alcaldes prestarán a las personas a las que se refiere el artículo anterior, todo el apoyo logístico necesario para que puedan cumplir su cometido. Lo dispuesto en este decreto se entiende sin perjuicio de las funciones que corresponde desarrollar a las autoridades electorales y a las autoridades de control y vigilancia.
