º . Bonos pensionales. El Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República emitirá los bonos pensionales de los afiliados a dicha entidad cuando se trasladen al Instituto de Seguros Sociales o a una administradora privada de fondos de pensiones, en los términos previstos en la Ley 100 de 1993 y sus decretos reglamentarios. Tales bonos se emitirán en los mismos términos y condiciones fijados para la emisión de bonos correspondientes a tiempo cotizado al Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
