Decreto 2092 de 1986 · Por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los Títulos VI y XI de la Ley 09 de 1979, en cuanto a elaboración, envase o empaque, almacenamiento, transporte y expendio de Medicamentos, Cosméticos y similares

Los envases de los medicamentos deben estar protegidos en su tapa por una banda de seguridad que se rompa al abrirlos. Igualmente podrá utilizarse un sello de seguridad aplicado al envase, de tal forma que permita apreciar cuando éste ha sido abierto.

Parágrafo 1

Se exceptúan los envases de los medicamentos que por su naturaleza no necesitan de dichos sellos o bandas, los cuales serán determinados en cada caso, por el Ministerio de Salud.

Parágrafo 2

El Ministerio de Salud podrá utilizar un sistema diferente de los que se refiere este artículo, cuando previa solicitud fundamentada, lo encuentre apropiado.
