La administración del Fondo Emprender - FE estará a cargo del Consejo Directivo del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, Sena, quien ejercerá las funciones de consejo de administración del mismo. El Fondo Emprender - FE contará con una Dirección Ejecutiva a cargo del Director General del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, Sena, o su delegado quien velará por el adecuado cumplimiento y desarrollo de su objeto.
