Una vez cumplido el trámite a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el jefe inmediato procederá a calificar la falta y a aplicar la sanción disciplinaria de amonestación privada o de amonestación escrita, si a ello hubiere lugar, o archivará la documentación si considera que los hechos no constituyen falta disciplinaria.
