Atención inicial de urgencias. El Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud garantiza a todos los habitantes del territorio nacional la atención inicial de urgencias. El costo de los servicios será asumido por la Entidad Promotora de Salud o administradora del Régimen Subsidiado a la cual se encuentre afiliada la persona o con cargo al Fosyga en los eventos descritos en el artículo precedente.
