Las oficinas de representación, por medio de sus representantes, y los representantes para Colombia de instituciones del exterior, deberán remitir a la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia la información que dicha entidad les solicite, con la periodicidad indicada y en los formatos señalados por el ente de supervisión.
