Computado el tiempo que tardarían, según la distancia legal, en llegar los documentos remitidos por los jurados electorales, más un término de cuarenta y ocho horas, la junta electoral se reunirá a las diez de la mañana del día siguiente, en lugar público, después de anunciarlo por medio de tres redobles de tambor, con intervalos de media hora.
