Artículo cuarto. El Director del Icetex tendrá derecho a gastos de representación, en una cuantía equivalente a la tercera parte de su sueldo básico, e igualmente los Sub- Directores y Jefes de Regionales del Instituto a la quinta parte, según lo dispuesto por el artículo 12 del Decreto 2554 de 1973.
