En general, cuando fuera de los casos indicados en los artículos que preceden se pida el pago del valor o precio indeterminado de una cosa determinada, como de un cuerpo cierto, ejecución o inejecución de un hecho, el ejecutante hará la estimación en la demanda con protesta de estimación equitativa, indicando una cantidad en dinero como capital, y otra como rata de interés mensual, debiendo seguir el procedimiento como si se tratara de cantidad líquida de dinero.
