º. Régimen de contraprestaciones. Los operadores de Telefonía Pública Básica Conmutada de Larga Distancia pagarán la contraprestación periódica a la que se refiere el artículo 14 del Decreto 2542 de 1997, y podrán acogerse a lo previsto en el artículo 14 del Decreto 1972 de 2003 bajo las condiciones previstas en la normatividad vigente.
