Art. 2° El derecho complementario de título que esta ley establece tiene por objeto principal facilitar al Gobierno la celebración de arreglos con la Santa Sede, mediante los cuales hayan de legalizarse irrevocablemente, por común acuerdo de las dos Potestades, los efectos de la desamortización.
