TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo primero. La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, mediante reglamentación de su Junta Directiva podrá emitir y colocar entre sus prestatarios u otras personas, bonos cédulas o cualesquiera otros títulos, valores que generen recursos para sus programas. Tales reglamentos rigen desde la fecha en que el Presidente de la República les imparta su aprobación.
