Art. 20. Corresponderá al oficial de registro, llevar debidamente el libro de registro general. Recibir la correspondencia de las secciones, anotarla en el libro especial destinado para el efecto, y entregarla al Portero para que la distribuya y perciba en el mismo libro el recibo del caso.
