° Campo de aplicación. Las disposiciones del presente Decreto se aplicará a los productores, distribuidores y comercializadores de alimentos de fórmula para lactantes y alimentos complementarios de la leche materna al igual, que al personal de los organismos que dirijan o presten servicios de salud.
