al artículo 2.2.6.3.25 del Decreto 1072 de 2015, así: “

Parágrafo 2

Los contratos de aprendizaje celebrados en el marco de programas educativos o formativos que se desarrollen en modalidad de alternancia dual podrán suscribirse por cualquier tiempo determinado no superior a dos (2) años, distribuidos como mínimo con cincuenta por ciento (50%) del tiempo en etapa lectiva y cincuenta por ciento (50%) del tiempo en etapa práctica."
