Período de la Junta Directiva. Los miembros de las Juntas Directivas designados por los comerciantes, serán elegidos para un período de dos (2) años, que se iniciará el 1° de julio del año en que se realice la elección, aun cuando ésta se efectúe en fecha posterior.
