Si las cuotas designadas en el testamento completan o esceden la unidad, en tal caso el heredero universal se entenderá instituido en una cuota cuyo numerador sea la unidad, i el denominador el número total de herederos; a ménos que sea instituido como heredero del remanente , pues entónces nada tendrá.
