El despacho para consumo de las mercancías transportadas en contenedores, etc., se hará conforme al Código de Aduanas. Cuando por fuerza mayor debidamente comprobada deba realizarse el despacho para consumo en aduana diferente, el interesado formulará la respectiva petición a la Dirección General de Aduanas para que conceda la autorización.
