El auxilio especial de transporte a que tienen derecho algunos funcionarios y empleados de la Rama Jurisdiccional del Ministerio Público y de las Direcciones de Instrucción Criminal en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 32 del Decreto 717 de 1978 quedara así: Para ciudades de más de un millón de habitantes, hasta un mil pesos ($ 1.000) moneda corriente; Para ciudades de más de seiscientos mil habitantes, hasta de seiscientos treinta pesos ($ 630) moneda corriente; Para ciudades de más de trescientos mil habitantes hasta de cuatrocientos pesos ($ 400) moneda corriente.
