Requisitos Para Las Personas Jurídicas

Decreto 800 de 1992 · por el cual se reglamenta la organización y funcionamiento de los servicios de Medicina Prepagada.

Requisitos para las personas jurídicas. Podrán tener la calidad de agente, las sociedades que cumplan los siguientes requisitos

Estar legalmente constituidas conforme a la ley y registradas en la Cámara de Comercio de sus domicilios o sucursales.

Incluir en su razón social la expresión "Agente de Medicina Prepagada".

Tener objeto social para las actividades propias del agenciamiento de que trata el artículo anterior.

Obtener del Superintendente Nacional de Salud autorización y el correspondiente registro, para funcionar como Agentes de Medicina Prepagada.
