Los locales que suministren a las corporaciones electorales las autoridades ante las cuales tomen posesión los miembros de aquéllas, deben ser adecuados; pero las mismas corporaciones pueden resolver trasladarse a otro proporcionado por ellas mismas, excepto los Jurados de Votación.
