Una comisión de dos Senadores y dos Representantes, elegidos por la Presidencia de cada Cámara, representará al Congreso Nacional en las sesiones de instalación y de clausura del Congreso Femenino; y a esta comisión se le entregarán las conclusiones de éste, que se consideren como materia de legislación en favor de la mujer.
