Jefes de Distrito Educativo. Los Jefes de Distrito Educativo que cesen en sus cargos, en razón de las disposiciones y reglamentaciones de la presente Ley y de la Ley 60 de 1993, tendrán prelación para ser reubicados en otros cargos del servicio público educativo estatal, en todo caso sin detrimento de sus condiciones laborales y salariales.
