Las licencias se solicitan al Gobierno Nacional, al Gobernador y al Intendente o Comisario, según el caso, quien al concederlas encargará con limite de noventa días a la persona que el notario indique bajo su responsabilidad. Cuando la licencia no exceda de diez días y el notario no resida en ciudad capital departamento, el Alcalde de su sede podrá concederla y hacer el encargo.
