° Agentes de retención. Para los efectos del artículo anterior, la retención en la fuente deberá efectuarse por parte de la entidad contratante del leasing, quien deberá cumplir, respecto de las mismas, con todas las obligaciones inherentes a la calidad de agente retenedor. Con este fin, las respectivas retenciones, deberán ser declaradas y pagadas junto con las demás retenciones practicadas por sus operaciones propias.
