La exportación de toda clase de bienes, cualquiera que sea su origen, requiere su registro ante la Oficina de Registro de Cambios. Habrá libertad de exportación para los artículos de producción nacional, salvo las restricciones que establece presente Ley. Se exceptúan del requisito del registro los productos manufacturados de fabricación colombiana que los turistas transporten como equipaje, por un valor no mayor de un mil pesos($ 1.000) moneda legal, para cada persona, los cuales considerarán como artículos de uso personal.
