Los docentes que laboran en los establecimientos públicos educativos oficiales en los niveles de preescolar, de educación básica en los ciclos de primaria y secundaria y de educación media, podrán ser afiliados al Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio.
