Quiénes Pueden Presentar Los Proyectos Productivos

Quiénes pueden presentar los proyectos productivos. Podrán presentar ante el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural los proyectos productivos a los que hace referencia el artículo 3° de la Ley 1776 de 2016:

Personas naturales.

Personas jurídicas.

Empresas asociativas.

Parágrafo 1

Para el desarrollo de proyectos productivos se podrá hacer uso de las estructuras, garantías y vehículos financieros legalmente establecidos por la legislación vigente.

Parágrafo 2

En el caso de las personas jurídicas, estas no podrán estar incursas en procesos de insolvencia empresarial.
