Cancelación . Para la cancelación de la licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento por traslado o cese definitivo de actividades y modificaciones de la licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento por cesión o cambio de razón social, el Ministerio de Salud o los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, según quien haya expedido, precederán para este tipo de trámites conforme a lo establecido en el Decreto 2333 de agosto 2 de 1982, y demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen, adicionen o complementen para las fábricas de alimentos.
