º Las oposiciones serán de dos clases: escritas y orales. Las escritas versarán sobre dos temas escogidos libremente por los interesados de cuatro que fijen el Ministro o el Secretario General del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores o los calificadores, entre las siguientes materias: Cuestiones jurídicas internacionales. Cuestiones políticas internacionales. Cuestiones económicas internacionales, y Cuestiones históricas internacionales. Las oposiciones verbales versarán sobre francés e inglés.
