A Partir De La Fecha Del Presente Decreto, Los Administradores Principales De Correos Y Agentes Postales Prestarán Sus Servicios Con El Carácter De Visitadores Generales Del Ministerio Dentro De Las Oficinas De Su Jurisdicción

° A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, los Administradores Principales de Correos y Agentes Postales prestarán sus servicios con el carácter de Visitadores Generales del Ministerio dentro de las oficinas de su jurisdicción.

Parágrafo

Para que los Administradores Principales de Correos y Agentes Postales puedan practicar visitas, es necesario que sean previamente autorizados por el señor Director del Departamento de Correos, y estando en el desempeño de comisiones quedarán investidos del carácter de Visitadores de oficinas de Hacienda, debiendo aplicar como tales las disposiciones consignadas en el artículo 21 de la Ley 36 de 1928.
