En todos los casos previstos en los artículos anteriores, y en cuanto fuere posible, la respectiva autoridad al momento de certificar o informar sobre lo de su competencia, lo hará sobre lo que le conste acerca de la entrega de menores de edad, bienes, personas secuestradas y desaparecidas, lo mismo que la información útil para la verificación del cumplimiento de los requisitos de elegibilidad.
