Las reservas de caja que hubieren quedado incluidas en la relación de cuentas por pagar de un establecimiento público se ejecutarán hasta el 1º de junio de 1982 y las reservas de apropiación, previa ratificación, mediante acuerdo mensual especial de la Dirección General del Presupuesto, hasta el 31 de diciembre de la vigencia de 1982.
