Artículo segundo. El artículo diez y seis de la Ley 7 de 1979 quedará así:

"Las entidades e instituciones y agencias públicas y privadas, que presten el servicio de Bienestar Familiar en el Distrito Especial de Bogotá, hacen parte del Sistema Nacional de Bienestar Familiar en los términos establecidos en la presente Ley".
