Sanciones. El incumplimiento de lo establecido en los

s 1° y 2° del artículo 2.9.1.2.6 del presente decreto, dará lugar a la imposición de las sanciones establecidas en el artículo 61 de la Ley 1480 de 2011, por parte de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio”.
