Art. 3.° Puesto el Gobierno en posesión de los trabajos del señor Díaz, dictará las providencias que estime conducentes a la jeneralizacion de dichos conocimientos, tanto en Casanare como en los demas Territorios i en los otros puntos de la Nación que puedan ser favorecidos con las noticias adquiridas, i dará cuenta al Congreso, en la próxima reunión, para que espida los actos lejislativos a que hubiere lugar.
