°. Los concesionarios deberán diligenciar trimestralmente y presentar en la oportunidad debida el formulario de liquidación y consignación de la regalía. El concesionario deberá consignar en la Tesorería de la entidad concedente dentro de los cinco (5) primeros días del mes siguiente al que corresponde la liquidación, el valor de la regalía trimestral, deducido el anticipo, que genere el contrato de Concesión y de la cual trata este Decreto.
