Un remate adjudicado no puede cederse. Los contratos debidamente formalizados podrán cederse, previa solicitud que el interesado formule en papel sellado al Ministerio de Comunicaciones, quien puede aceptarla o negarla. En este último caso puede reservarse los motivos que tenga para no acceder a la cesión del contrato.
