Durante la vigencia de la presente Ley, queda prohibida la capitalización de intereses en toda clase de obligaciones sin perjuicio de las capitalizaciones de cuotas atrasas a favor de los Bancos Hipotecarios, de conformidad con el artículo 9° del Decreto número 280 del presente año.
