Los Tribunales y Jueces podrán prohibir, bajo las mismas sanciones establecidas en el artículo 33, la publicación de las piezas y documentos de un proceso civil o penal aunque no sea sumario, o militar, en todo o en parte, en los casos en que la ley exija la reserva de ellos.
