Retiro de expediente. Los expedientes solo podrán ser retirados de la secretaria en los casos que este Código autoriza. Quien retire un expediente dejará recibo en el libro especial que llevará el secretario, en el que hará constar el número de cuadernos, de hojas, el estado en que estas se encuentren y la dirección de su casa u oficina.
