- ENTIDADES PUBLICAS. Para efectos de lo previsto en el artículo 82 de la presente Ley {Ley 104 de 1993}, se consideran entidades públicas las definidas en el Estatuto General de Contratación de la Administración Pública (Ley 104 de 1993, art. 88. Esta ley, conforme a su art. 134, tiene vigencia por dos años a partir de su promulgación, que se efectuó el 30 de diciembre de 1993).
