Cesantía. El Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional que durante la vigencia del presente Decreto sea retirado o se retire del servicio activo por cualquier causal, tendrá derecho a que el Tesoro Público lo pague, por una vez, un auxilio de cesantía igual a un (1) mes de los haberes correspondientes a su grado por cada año de servicio o fracción de seis (6) meses o más, tomando como base las partidas señaladas en el artículo 113, y a las indemnizaciones que legalmente le puedan corresponder, liquidadas, igualmente, conforme al artículo 113 de este Decreto.
