Decreto 353 de 1998 · por el cual se adiciona el artículo 17 del Decreto 115 del 15 de enero de 1996 que establece las normas sobre la elaboración, conformación y ejecución de los presupuestos de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado y las Sociedades de Economía Mixta sujetas al régimen de aquellas, dedicadas a actividades no financieras.
