Artículo Segundo. En las elecciones para renovación de la mitad de los miembros de las Cámaras de Comercio, el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional en Bogotá, y en las demás ciudades la primera autoridad política del lugar, publicará con seis días de anticipación, las listas de las personas que tengan derecho a votar en cada elección. Al publicar la lista de los electores, debe señalarse el lugar donde se efectuaran las votaciones y la hora en que estas deben comenzar.
