Artículo 220. Reducción de la vulnerabilidad fiscal del estado frente a desastres.

Parágrafo 4

. Los desembolsos de los instrumentos, créditos contingentes, seguros, mecanismos y/o contratos de que trata el presente artículo efectuados a favor de entidades del nivel territorial que estén enmarcados en estrategias territoriales de protección financiera frente al riesgo de desastres debidamente aprobadas, podrán ser de libre destinación para las necesidades de respuesta y recuperación por desastres.
