Los Oficiales que obtuvieren en el Curso de Estado Mayor una nota no inferior a 80 sobre 100 en el cómputo general y nota no inferior a 70 sobre 100 en cada una de las materias cursadas, recibirán el título de Oficial de Estado Mayor, el cual les será otorgado por Resolución Ministerial, serán inscritos por los Comandos de Fuerza en el Escalafón respectivo y les será expedido el Diploma correspondiente.
