El funcionario ante quien se lleve a efecto el reconocimiento de un hijo natural, hará lo necesario dentro de los ocho días siguientes, para que se anote dicho reconocimiento al margen de la respectiva partida , de nacimiento. Igual obligación tiene el Notario ante quien se otor gue una escritura de adopción
